Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances: a) Service was not rendered due to a scheduling error on our part. b) Cancellation of appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
  2. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
